In my opinion, one of the most important pieces of cookware you can buy is a high quality cast iron casserole. There are so many great dishes that require a casserole, many of which are wonderful family favorites & comfort foods!
I really like this particular casserole - as the top can also be used as a grill pan! Great investment - great casserole!
